Alta was Anka Property Group's first construction project in Southern California.
Gafcon, Inc. was active in introducing Anka to the San Diego construction industry. Our team was instrumental in managing the contractor selection process, contract negotiations, and the San Diego building permit process. Located in the heart of San Diego’s Gaslamp District, this 21-story development includes 179 units, a lap pool and spa, a club room, and a three-level underground parking garage.
