Building on its reputation as a leader in Southern California construction management, Gafcon, Inc. has opened a new Los Angeles office in a historic building at 660 S. Figueroa St., Suite 1790.

Over their 30-year history, Gafcon has managed notable projects in the Los Angeles region, including work at UCLA, the Los Angeles Forum, Los Angeles Community College District, The Accelerated Schools and the Los Angeles Unified School District.
Gafcon is also providing project management services for the AltaSea at the Port of LA project. AltaSea is a 35-acre historic site at the Port of Los Angeles undergoing redevelopment to accelerate scientific collaboration, job creation and strengthen the Blue Technology and marine science industries.
Recently, Gafcon led the repurposing of Culver City’s historic National Guard Armory Building for the Wende Museum of Cold War art. The Wende hosted its grand opening in November 2017.

Gafcon serves both public and private clients in a variety of markets, including waterfront, educational, high-rise, mixed-use, retail, municipal, and residential.
