06/22/16 - Gafcon appoints new Vice President of Labor Relations
SAN DIEGO, California -- Gafcon -- a program and construction management firm which provides services for a wide range of public, private, and education projects -- announced today the promotion of Marty Glaske to Vice President of Labor Relations, effective immediately. He will be based in the company’s headquarters in San Diego, California.
“This is absolutely a move Marty has earned” says Gafcon CEO Yehudi Gaffen. “It is a position which requires a broad range of skills, a deep knowledge of labor law and labor relations, and the leadership skills to apply them. We were fortunate to have already had Marty on the team when this role opened up and look forward to his continued success.”
Glaske has been part of the Gafcon team for nearly 11 years. He holds a BS in Business, along with multiple executive certifications in Labor Relations, Labor Law, and Management. Utilizing a Master’s Degree in Organizational Management, Glaske has previously worked for Gafcon as the Director of Labor Compliance and Director of Labor Relations.
