Gafcon Management has been providing staff augmentation services to Los Angeles Unified School District (LAUSD) for new construction and renovation projects since 2004. Positions have included associate program manager, senior office engineer, construction manager, FF&E project manager, program controls specialist, and IT help desk coordinator.
Our FF&E project manager has been instrumental in successfully delivering over 100 LAUSD projects with furniture and equipment valued at over $94 million. We have developed an FF&E program that not only provides space planning, design services, and furniture and equipment allocation, but also establishes and manages contracts with the top national and international furniture manufacturers. These contracts, along with Gafcon Management’s FF&E program methodology, has saved the district millions of taxpayer dollars to date.
