Gafcon Management has been selected to provide bond program management services over the next five years to Southwestern Community College District, south San Diego County’s only public higher education institution.
Our team will oversee the implementation of the Propositions R and Z bond programs, providing for construction and repairs at the district’s four campuses in Chula Vista, National City, San Ysidro and Otay Mesa. We will manage all aspects of capital improvement planning and execution, including development of a program management plan and both preconstruction and construction phases.
