The 24-story development includes 137 condominiums, spacious outdoor terraces, state-of-the-art 70-foot lap pool and spa, club room, and a four-level parking garage.
Gafcon implemented a quality assurance program to eliminate construction defects and maintain a high level of excellence throughout all phases of the construction process. In addition, Gafcon provided comprehensive contract administration, estimating, cost accounting, and change management services.
