For the last few years, Gafcon, Inc. has been providing labor compliance services for the City of Santa Monica’s $301.8 million Capital Improvement Program. Projects within this program have included street and sewer improvements, transportation projects, and multiple federal and state funded projects. The current program includes 100 projects focused largely on infrastructure, including improving city streets, replacing water mains, and building and updating vital facilities and amenities such as fire stations and libraries. Gafcon, Inc. assisted the City in setting up their current Labor Compliance Program (LCP) as well as obtaining their state LCP Program certification for Proposition 84 projects.
