Gafcon, Inc. implemented Oracle Primavera Unifier for the partners Moffatt & Nichol, H.W. Lochner, and Arup in the design joint venture awarded with the planning and design of the I-405 freeway expansion in Orange County—a $1.9B project to improve 16 miles of the I-405 freeway. The partners are using Unifier to manage earned value and cashflow between multiple clients: the California Department of Transportation, the Construction Joint Venture, along with contracting and payments to 23 Design JV Partners, design and engineering firms. This team is using Unifier to track submittals between Project Wise and Aconex, managing RFIs, and writing service requests to the clients.
