Solana Mar is a 124-unit, Class B+ apartment complex located in Solana Beach, CA. It was recently renovated to modernize the property to meet the growing needs of the community. Gafcon, Inc. was retained to provide punch list cost estimating services on behalf of the owner due to a dispute with the general contractor. Gafcon prepared detailed estimates for uncompleted punch list work and provided support during the mediation. We were able to help the client reach a favorable result.
